Hotel 373 fifth avenue

Bad service and bad attitude from the hotel staff, i do not recomend.

It was such a nice and decent hotel, BUT they never gave me back my deposit which was $150. i even asked them twice on booking.com to give me back my deposit. other than that it was okay and close to everywhere.

Good location helpful staff but a nightmare when it comes to getting the security deposit back. Nice views of the empire. Hotel not interested in taking the hold off the money once you have left the hotel
