This has got to be the most disgusting, filthy, and deplorable place I have ever seen. The pictures on line are deceiving. After walking into the “reception area “ you are great with a stale smoke smell and a piss odor, not to mention the unfriendly front desk man. We went with another couple and decided right then and there to cancel our reservation, we needed to jump through several “hoops” to make this happen. Even if we were denied the reimbursement of the charges, we would have took the loss. Maybe it was the sketchy people “ renting “ the rooms for a few hours, or by the month, or the homeless/strung out person laying in the parking lot, must be a usual occurrence because no one seemed to be concerned about him. I can honestly say that if we decided to stay here for even one night, I’m sure our vehicle would have been gone by the morning. Take this as a warning, DO NOT even think of staying here, even for one night. When we called the # to cancel and told them it was the Americas best value inn in Geneva, NY, and told them how disgusting and gross it was, I felt they get a lot of cancellations for these very same reasons.

Do yourself a favor, stay safe and away! I CANCELLED my stay at this motel.... Someone got killed the night I was about to book with my friend. The clerk said: " they are simply doing a small investigation in one room but the cops and forensic truck were there investigating the death of a man and they were still renting at 100$ a night. Many weird things happened here, and they are renting rooms long turn to %#@#$ people. So do yourself a favor go to the days next door and breakfast is included and all rooms are renovated. 💕
