The hotel is clean, quiet and centrally located to go to the lake or shopping in the town. Nice breakfast and free parking too!

Perfectly fine, reasonable price, clean accommodations, nice public areas, OK breakfast, pet friendly. Very pleased with stay again and I’ve stayed there before.

Stayed here unexpectedly for 6 nights. 3 of the 6 days I had to beg housekeeping and the aloof front desk staff to clean my room. After being gone most of the 2nd day, I came back at 4pm and the room wasn't done. That, in itself, is unacceptable. The 3rd day I came back about 2:30, and beds were haphazardly thrown together, and they never put a bottom sheet on one of the beds, and never emptied the trash. I complained again, and it was apparently addressed. The 4th day, after being gone from 9-5pm for a funeral - came back to a room that was not touched at all. Complained to the front desk, and they claimed that there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door - which there wasn't. THREE days in a row there was a housekeeping problem - and after weak apologies, and no offer of any kind of compensation, we left and will NEVER return. Add on top of all that - the slowest elevator in the world, bitter sluggish coffee, paper thin walls, lack of adequate electrical outlets, and general oldish feeling to the rooms. Do yourself a favor and stay next door at Holiday Inn Express.
