Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. We stayed one night, and when we returned to our room around 11:30PM, we found multiple live and dead bugs and spiders on the floor. The worst part was when a spider fell from the ceiling directly onto my son's iPad. My wife and kids were terrified. I immediately reported it to the front desk and showed the employee photo and video. He told us there was no other room available and no cleaning staff working that night. We were basically left with no choice but to spend the night in a room where we had found bugs and spiders. The next morning, the manager apologized and offered only 50% off the room. I declined. What was most frustrating was the way management handled the situation. There was very little effort to actually make things right. For a hotel stay, especially when traveling with your family, this is completely unacceptable. Bad room, bad experience, and very disappointing management. Please stay away from this hotel at all costs.

When I think of a Radisson brand, I think of nice hotels. This stay was not that. When we arrived the man who was working the evening shift made the check in process very difficult. The floors in the lobby, elevator, and hallways looked like they haven't been vacuumed in a long time. The room was not really clean. There were tears in the desk chair, stains on the armchair, stains on the floor, mold in the shower, curtains had holes, towels were stained, and the water leaked out of the shower faucet. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. When my husband asked for extra towels the second evening, the same desk clerk asked my husband if he would bring the dirty towels down to him. I was appalled that was even a question. For what we paid for the room per night, the room and service was horrible. I understand not changing the bedding everyday, but at least have housekeeping come in and make the bed, take out trash and replenish any used linens, etc. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we're taking a much needed break and we're very disappointed in our stay. We won't be staying or recommending ever again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Grossest place I’ve ever stayed at. Bugs crawling on the floor (rolley polley) sheets stained, furniture from the 70’s, bathroom door broken and won’t shut, mold in the shower, and so much more. We came, saw the room and immediately asked for a refund to find somewhere else because it looks nothing like the photos online. They said no. We paid $300 for this ghetto dump. Our neighbors dog has been barking all night and they leave their dog poop in a bag in the hall. I’m telling you to stay away.
