Hilton New York JFK Airport Hotel

This worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's $20 can ride from the airport, its not 1/4 mile away. THEY HAVE NO LEFT LUGGAGE facility. Really? Says on Expedia that they do. They don't. So it cost €200+ at the airport pus all the faff an messing around. The staff were rude and had so much attitude. The manager just stood there when I complained about the room issues and didn't apologise. This is a terrible hotel and a shame on the hilton brand. Pleaee avoid. They put our family in a room next to the lifts and the noise was terrible all night. What a pathetic experience. Very SAD. its only been open one year and its falling apart. AVOID

Very good ⸻ Excellent experience. The rooms are very spacious, with a small hall. They have a little bit of everything: wine, beers, water, coffee, snacks and microwave stuff. The boy he attended was very kind. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom in very good condition and are quiet. Airport shuttles are available every 20 minutes and breakfast is included. You run an airport hotel where your shuttle doesn’t not START until 4 pm on Saturday and you don’t even bother to tell your incoming guests about this? I’ve had a reservation here for months, you didn’t reach out ONCE to notify me of the fact that you apparently just decide not to run a shuttle during the middle of the day on Saturday. I would never have booked this hotel if I had known this.
