Marine Village Resort

This resort was truly perfect for my family and I with young children. We stayed three nights and wish it was longer! The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfy. Luxurious bath towels and a tiny fridge and microwave! The beach is lovely and has ample beach loungers and the pool is clean and nice quality towels! There was Italian buffet night which was delicious and FREE and the next night was SMORES NIGHT also included and free! The location is amazing right on Canada street -with shops and restaurants only strictly! I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous vacation!!

Shady dishonest management. Resort itself is tacky . I don’t know where these pleasant reviews are coming from. Horrible experience. I booked through the third-party site Booking.com Traveled four hours to Lake George and got a phone call when I was 30 minutes away from the hotel saying that they were overbooked - they didn’t have the lake front suite I had booked and paid for. They insisted that it was the fault of booking.com. They did not have a room for me. We had to find other accommodations. I automatically get alerts on my cell phone when I have a Voicemail . When I checked my cell phone to see if I had missed a call from the resort , I saw a missed call from them THE DAY BEGORE before we left for vacation. They did NOT leave a voicemail. They knew they did not have a room for me and they allowed me to drive that whole way there thinking that they could upsell me to another room once I arrived. In a way I’m glad they didn’t have a room because once we got there, we were shocked at how tiny and shoddy the resort was. I asked the manager over and over again why he did not leave a voicemail for me saying that there was no room and he only responded with”We tried to call” I kept telling him that by leaving a voicemail he could have saved me a lot of aggravation time and money and he just shrugged it off. Stay away. You can do much better at the Marriott across the street. Rude, dishonest, untrustworthy, management and staff at Marine Village.

Stayed during Americade and the only hate i have for this hotel is with the front desk attitude toward TripAdvisor. Room was basic, but smart tv gets brownie points. Playground and beach is key for kids which were nicely kept. Pool was closed
