Broadway Plaza

We had a fantastic stay here, the location is perfect for exploring and there are loads of great restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Hotel itself is beautiful, room was spotless and we slept really well. Staff were also great, particular shout out to concierge Anthony who helped us with taxis and is super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect. Outstanding Large beautiful junior suite. We were in awe of our magnificent view of the Empire State Building. The room was so quiet and clean. We received complimentary treats on check in. The neighborhood was vibrant; filled with pastry and ice cream shops. The staff was midwestern friendly, always available for our questions. I cannot imagine a better hotel experience.

A true hidden gem in NYC! We only stayed one night, but this hotel left such a great impression on us. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly gracious, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They allowed us to check in early, helped us with directions around the city, and every interaction we had with them was warm and friendly. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and so comfortable. The complimentary snacks and water were an unexpected little touch that we really appreciated. We spent a long day exploring NYC, so coming back to a clean, quiet, comfortable room at the end of the night was exactly what we needed. After all the walking and craziness of the city, it felt so good to have a place that felt welcoming and relaxing. For us, it was the combination of the wonderful staff, spotless room, and those thoughtful little extras that made this stay stand out. We honestly feel like we found a hidden gem, and we would absolutely stay here again!
