Hilton Garden Inn New York/tri

In July 2026, I stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. My voucher was for a room with two beds, as there were three people in my family. However, when we entered the room, there was only one bed. I contacted the hotel to try to resolve the situation, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that a room with two beds would only become available on Monday. This was a Friday. As a result, the three of us had to sleep in one bed for four nights. To make matters worse, we even had difficulty getting enough towels. Despite asking the manager to provide at least one additional towel, we continued to have only two towels for three people. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation and completely different from what we had booked and paid for. And now, as if that experience wasn’t disappointing enough, I am dealing with another issue regarding the refund of the price difference that should have been returned to me. Unfortunately, after everything that happened, I do not recommend this hotel. I Ah! It’s always good to mention that one of the elevators may not be working, and that the stairs will be used frequently during the stay, especially in the mornings.

Very nice hotel, spacious room, close to Canal Street and West Broadway, subway at the bottom of the hotel, I highly recommend.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. i had a reservation that the hotel could not honor because they did not have a room available for me. Wouldn't it be more professional to reach out to me BEFOREHAND to tell me this BEFORE accepting my money?! I'm STILL waiting on a full refund. The staff is extremely dismissive, unprofessional and rude. The hotel itself is dingy, old, dirty, and in bad condition.
