Dated and deteriorated property, poor security. Room and common spaces smell moldy. Dehumidifier in room dead giveaway. Avoid!!

Yeah, the exterior looks a bit sad and worn, but the service, clean room, and superbly comfortable bed more than makes up for the initial impression. If you are travelling the NY Thruway and want a place to stay that is clean and comfortable in the Newburgh area - this is a nice alternative to the more costly hotels in the area. Good value for the money! John, the Manager could not have been nicer or more helpful. Plenty of hot water. Easy parking.

I had two rooms on a Saturday night. The positives; The rooms were pristinely clean. The people at the front desk were welcoming- check in and check out. The price was reasonable. The negatives; The TV didn't work The phones weren't connected There was no bar soap of any kind in the bathroom No cups
