Days Inn Niagara At The Falls

Room with a cigarette smell. Elevators in poor condition; I cut my finger on a broken button in the elevator. Intermittent internet service.

First off you charge another $20.00 for a “river” view. Problem is you cannot see the River at all. When you tried to ask questions we were told not to ask questions because she needed to concentrate on the reservation. The place is very dated. The bar and grill is not open because they cannot find anyone to work it. The door to the fridge had a broken hinge. Shower head needs a good decalcifying. Water pressure was not great. Overall not worth the price paid.

Stayed at the Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls, NY and had a solid overall experience! Pros: ✔️ Spacious corner room with plenty of space to relax ✔️ Super comfy bed — slept great ✔️ Amazing location — walking distance to the casino and several restaurants, which made everything so convenient Cons: ✖️ The Starbucks inside the hotel charges an extra tax on drinks ✖️ Bathroom felt a bit dated ✖️ There was a kids’ hockey tournament happening, so it got a little noisy with kids running in the halls and knocking on doors That said, security handled the noise issue quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall: Great stay for the location and comfort — just a few minor drawbacks. Would consider staying again.
