Best Western Nyack On Hudson

Made reservation to stay night of April 11, 2026. Furniture was was warn out. When I checked in beds had no bedspreads, just sheets. Room was very dingy and rundown. There was a water leak from the bathroom ceiling resulting in water on the entire floor. I turned around a canceled my reservation. The room was not as depicted in photos.

Let me tell you about West Gate Inn Nyack ! The hotel is a hidden gem , with live music on the weekends and a warm and friendly staff that is always there to be of service ! Stewart, Stephanie and Donna at the front desk are always ready ,willing and capable of getting you in you room quickly and check out is a breeze !! Aside from live entertainment the Breakfast buffet is a must !! They serve Bacon eggs sausage fresh coffee FRuits muffins....to much to mention !! This is all handled by the Maria and Chef Noel !! Don"t miss this Diamond in the city of Nyack 5 bright stars Thank you West Gate Inn !!!

It’s a sad, dilapidated hotel that hasn’t been updated since 1969. Restaurant closed except for breakfast. Old red outdoor carpet. Mold in bathroom. Lamp didn’t work and shade was water stained. Mattresses bowed. Only one lock on door and our key card kept failing. Back rooms face highway which didn’t bother us but might be noisy for some. Made coffee and things were floating in it. Toilet paper holder broken. Just a shabby, rundown place.
