Beware of fake positive reviews. This place was awful before I even got to settle into the room. They let me check in with my cats, pay, and then demanded I get out immediately because they do not allow cats. The front desk worker threatened to call the police if I didn't vacate immediately even when I said I needed to get my bags, cats, and find an alternative hotel. He kicked us out in the dark, in cold weather, after we had driven over 7 hours. Very cruel service, and I am convinced they are running a scam about their pet policy.

Absolutely avoid this hotel – very disappointing I have stayed here recently and would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon arrival, we notice a flagrant lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Here are a few points that summarize my experience: • Non-existent cleanliness: Under UV light, suspicious stains were visible on walls, furniture, mattresses and even curtains. This demonstrates a total lack of hygiene and proper cleaning between customers. • Poorly maintained room: The furniture is stained, the mattress is also stained, and there are marks and dirt on the doors and walls. The carpet is worn and rarely seems to be cleaned. • Neglected common areas: Garbage bins overflow, the outside is abandoned and the pool is completely unusable, covered with a dirty blue tarpaulin with standing water underneath. • General aspect: The hotel gives the impression of a let-go. It is a far cry from the slogan displayed at the entrance “Welcome to where comfort meets value”. In short, this hotel offers neither comfort nor value. It is a poorly maintained place, which seriously leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. For your well-being, choose another property.

We pulled into this place and couldn't believe it. There where beer cans sitting on the railings. Shopping carts in the parking lot. Cigarette butts everywhere. Went to check in got our room could barely open the door it was stuck. Went in side and was very disappointed. NOTHING like the pictures. We got the jetted tub walked in and looked at it there was literally scum all over the bottom. The floor itself was slimy and slippery. The blanket had stains all over it. Thats not a place you feel safe at all. Save your money spend a little money on something thats worth it this place is not. We were there for 5 min Went back to the desk checked out and went somewhere else.
