Absolutely disgusting – save your money and stay somewhere else. We booked three rooms at this hotel and ended up cancelling all of them because the conditions were completely unacceptable. The unpleasant experience started the moment we walked through the front doors. The entire hotel had a strong musty odor mixed with cigarette smoke. This property advertises itself as smoke-free, but that certainly wasn’t our experience. At check-in, we asked if our three rooms could be together. The front desk agent explained they couldn’t be changed because they were assigned as booked, which was understandable. We were given rooms 107, 114, and 260. • Room 114: Strong musty cigarette smell, and one of the bathroom towels had large black stains on it. • Room 107: Even worse. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the smell was overwhelming, and while we were there we could smell marijuana coming from the area where a housekeeper was cleaning a nearby room. • Room 260: The same musty cigarette smell as the others. I politely returned to the front desk to explain the situation. The manager came over and offered to show us two different rooms on the fourth floor. While they were slightly better, they still weren’t what I would consider acceptable. One of the replacement rooms didn’t even have working air conditioning, and the manager said he would replace the thermostat batteries and come back. As we were cancelling our reservation, another guest came to the front desk to report that there was no hot water. That only reinforced that we were making the right decision to leave. We cancelled all three rooms, got back in the car, and drove all the way back to Montreal rather than spend the night there. Thankfully, Expedia was outstanding and made the refund process quick and easy. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I only wish I had taken photos because the condition of the rooms was shocking. 🤮 Do yourself a favor—keep your money and book somewhere else. This property was dirty, smelled terrible, and was simply not up to even basic hotel standards. I won’t be returning.

I was charged twice for the same stay, and the hotel’s response was not good. Brittany, who identified herself as the front desk manager, raised her voice, refused to help resolve the duplicate charge, and ultimately hung up on me.

Not a good night the room at mold near the window the person at the desk she just took a note the light in the room is horrible you couldnt see anything.
