We checked in at 3:05pm since we were not allowed to check in until 3pm. Upon going to our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke and had a fresh cigarette burn on the bed covers. My wife is pregnant and a cigarette filled room is unacceptable. We complained to the front desk and they said they cannot give us a new room and they would handle it while we were away for an event. Facilities sprayed febreeze which did nothing to alleviate the cigarette smoke. We left and returned 6 hours later and the cigarette smoke was just as bad as when we left. The front desk did not provide any solutions, compensation, or reimbursement. Front desk also denied giving us information to speak with management or corporate management

Hotel is very clean and in a convenient (though unattractive) location. Front Desk staff are very pleasant and welcoming. However, there is no elevator and if you have a room near the stairway door, you may not get much sleep as people come and go all night. All the interior doors are metal, heavy and slam when they close. Also, as pets are allowed, you may be treated to some late night barking.

Run by those who are foreigners. Questionable English skills. Maintenance/ cleaning have little understanding English language. Same bed spread; unchanged; sheets unchanged; Dirt in Ice. Chlorinated water. Expensive for what it offers.
