We came to the property for a soccer tournament. The hotel is not really in walking distance to any thing. The property was nice, pool area clean, rooms clean. Our room had some cosmetic flaws but it was fine. Kylie at the front desk is awesome. She was attentive to the bar and front desk and also came to talk to the guest in lobby when we were watching a game. You can tell she likes her job. I found out they have a shuttle to and from SPAC. I would probably stay here for a concert

We were in the area visiting family and decided to stay at the Hotel Saratoga. The hotel's location is very convenient, as it's near restaurants and very close to the casino and Racetrack. The staff was really nice, and there is a bar in the lobby that serves beer, wine, and spiked seltzers. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms needed some attention. There was some mildew in the shower that came off with a thorough cleaning. This hotel has a nice pool, which is open seasonally. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Beyond awful and filthy. Pulled up to see a giant open dumpster in the back parking lot, right where the cars park. Behind the dumpster a pile of air conditioners and other mechanical elements thrown there like a junk yard. Went inside and walls were dirty and worn, with dark brown paint slapped on while marked-up molding was coming off around doors. The hallway smelled like dirty diapers. Got on the creepy elevator, which got us to floor two, where a black, plastic janitor bin sat filled with black trash bags. It was there for hours. In the stairwell, another plastic janitor bin (marked up and dirty) sat with the “clean” sheets. The rooms where laundry was being done and where cleaning supplies are kept were wide open so you got to see laundry all over the floor and hear the people talking while doing the linens. The shower had filth on the glass, as well as rusted/worn looking spots both inside and outside the shower. We have never been in a hotel where everything seemed so disorganized and icky. Any positive reviews must from bots or something. We’ll be shocked if this honest review stays up. Staff was nice but probably because they know how disgusting the place is.
