I’m not even sure where to start. The alarms went off we had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night. I’ve found bugs in the bed and in the room. The carpet is sticky. Bathroom was dirty and drain didn’t work.

Great place to stay and very convenient to highway and shopping! Staff are very friendly and the place was very clean and peaceful!

I left a couple items in the room which was admittedly my fault. However when I called the first time to try to retrieve said items, a woman answered and tried to give me the run- around. I eventually got her to admit that there’s an area where they keep found items from rooms of people who hav already checked out. She said that she couldn’t access it however and needed to wait for housekeeping to get there (sounded like bologna because she had said it was just the basement where they keep them). After that I waited a day and a half and then called back and this time it was a man who answered the phone. After explaining why the issue was he tried to act like he couldn’t hear me. I told him that I wasn’t going to play that game with him and that I had 4 bars on my service gauge. All of a sudden he could hear me fine but just started repeatedly saying he didn’t understand what I was talking about. Clearly the woman wasn’t supposed to admit that they hang on to items that were left. He then tried ending the call but I told him we weren’t done and that I needed a resolution and he then just hung up. I was fairly polite but was also very direct. They weren’t expecting me to be savvy and aware of how these things go and I think that either one of the younger guys who run the front desk probably walked off with them later that day (the day I left). I believe it’s a single family or maybe two who operate the motel. Clearly it’s being used as one of those green- card “scams” or loopholes to get visa- eligibility. Small chance that’s not what’s going on but either way that’s not wha I care about. They were extremely rude the second time around and I don’t advise coming here if you can afford something better and if you can’t there’s other places very close by that in my opinion are operated far better than this one was.
