On 12/22 we drove from virginia to syracuse new york.Arriving it your hotel. We were put in Room 133. After several hours, we were unable to heat the room. Even though the thermostat was set to eighty six degrees. Mike The front desk person was polite and moved us to room one thirty two. At approximately midnight, I called the front desk. Asking is something could be done about the noise coming from the wall.Next to my bed. The front desk person move this to Room 140. Although he made no effort to help me move. On 12/23 i asked to speak to the manager. The lady at the front desk was very polite and told me she would be in on 12/24. On the evening of 12/23 i slipped on some ice at your side entrance. Door and twisted my back leaving me in a great deal of pain. And the morning of 12/24 still in pain, I asked to speak to the hotel manager. After talking to her for a minute, she asked me what happened.I asked her.Did she not get any notes about the situation? She then became upset, accusing me of raising my voice. I then attempted to apologize for raising my voice explaining. It was due to the situation and the current extreme pain I was in. She was having none of it. She said she was not going to deal with me. And she was not going to do anything for me. There are 2 hotel workers standing there. When I did apologize to your manager. I asked for her boss's name and phone number. She stated she would not give me his phone number. I requested that she call him in and give him my phone number to contact me immediately.She also refused to do. Feeling I was given the wrong email address on purpose. I can't take expedia to reach out to the hotel.Saying I did not have good standing with the current hotel manager. Expedia agreed to get involved and set up communication or resolve the problem directly with the hotel for us. I am reaching out to you now. Requesting, you have someone higher up than your current hotel manager.Contact me to resolve this situation. Originally, I was asking for one night's compensation. But now that I think of it. Due to the pain I suffered at your hotel that I easily could have made a serious complaint about due to injury. I'm asking that my whole 2 day stay at your hotel. Be compensated for the following reasons. I had to move my hotel room twice in one day, one time at midnight. in all three rooms, the furniture was of very poor quality. In all three kitchens, the amenities were extremely lacking, mismatched and missing. And my main reason for my request. Is, your hotel manager's actions were unwarranted. The rest of your staff was very good, very well-mannered and respectful. In my opinion, your current hotel manager should be dismissed from her position given her poor attitude and attention to customer service. If you call just to rehash the situation it is unacceptable. I would like to hear what compensation you are offering me. I've made my explanation clear.

It is a conveniently located facility with an outdoor pool and a fitness center. My teens were excited to get in the pool and enjoy. The room was spacious with high cathedral ceilings. It offered both privacy and convenience. And the breakfast was fresh, with hot food options as well as quick to-go treats.

The facility was beautiful and above all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Coty made sure our needs were met upon check in and upon check out Jessica went above and beyond to guarantee that my family and I left with smiles on our faces.
