Housekeeping is horrible!!! Never did my room. Came once I said i was leaving in 5 minutes never came back! Only two bath towels no hand towels. One bar of soap and only the roll of toilet paper on the roll No one speaks english. Came here to be closer to a hospital for surgery

This is a very comfortable hotel in a location with easy access to the Upper West Side of Manhattan, the Bronx, Westchester, and Rockland County. The rooms have a lot os space, though the bathroom has limited counter space. The beds are c omfortable, WiFi and TV work well; a safe and refrigerator are provided and a microwave oven is available for a fee. The room has a thermostat but the setting seemed to make no difference in temperature. There is a decent completement of exercise machines available in the Fitness Center and the pool is quite large and well-kept. Prospective guests should know that this hotel specializes in serving orthodox Jews. For that reason, there are separate pool hours for men and women. The deadbolt for the room door is located fairly low and it can be locked by the outside. The staff refers to this as a "Kosher lock"; if you return to your room on Saturday afternoon, you may be unable to open your door until a staff member arrives with a key, which might take a while. The hotel restaurant is kosher and does not open on Saturdays. Overall, I had a pleasant stay here and would return.
