The ad photo of this hotel must of been taken 20 years ago-DOES NOT look like this now!!! The location is good because it's located near other stores etc. The whole place REALLY needs a complete overhaul-but at least it didn't smell. Thank God we were only spending one night there and checked in later in the afternoon- so we really didn't know the "issues" in the room until about 11pm. The room was generally clean. Just BEWARE there are NO ELEVATORS so we lugged our suitcases up two staircases-reminded me of my college days(minus 40 yrs) but thought this was illegal for the handicap customers? Thankfully we had booked two queen beds because one of the beds actually had a HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MATTRESS! At 11pm we were not going to address this issue-because we just slept together in the one bed but when we notified the General Manager-Dan upon checking out -no apologies were given nor any monies returned even when photos were shown to them! Please-the maid making the bed HAD TO NOTICE this issue-but obviously decided to ignore it or just let the customer "discover it" to their own demise.! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL and would have booked the other hotel in the town if they weren't previously totally booked ! Really surprised they associated with Wyndham.

The staff was once again very friendly and polite. When approached they were quick to answer questions and rectify them in an appropriate amount of time. The continental breakfast was downsized from what I was used to but still sufficient. The room was clean and refreshed daily. The price of the room was very affordable. I would like to thank your staff for a wonderful stay.

Since this property is associated with Wyndham, we expected more, much more. The property is in deplorable condition. The exterior is not maintained. The rain gutters are hanging off. The entire building needs painting, the landscape beds and parking area are overgrown with weeds and the parking lot striping is faded. The interior is also poorly maintained. The lobby furniture is covered with poorly fitted sheets and the hallway has an offensive odor. The bathroom tub, toilet and floor were filthy with orange mildew in the tub. Even after maid service, the dirty tub, toilet (stained black) and floor remained filthy. I purchased cleaning supplies at the nearby Walmart to properly clean the bathroom which removed the toilet bowl ”stains” . The in-room coffee maker was caked with dust and the vinyl floor in the unit was filthy. The “daily breakfast” offering consisted of a few unrefrigerated yogurts and prepackaged muffins. The coffee available in urns was cold or lukewarm warm. Daily maid service did provide clean towels and made the beds. No shampoo or creamer was available for several days and requests for these items was met with excuses, not solutions. Had I not prepaid, we would have sought other accommodations.
