I travel through the Binghamton area frequently and was looking for a new place to stay that has less traffic noise, as I am a light sleeper. As with all hotels, the doors slam loudly when guests come and go. Other than that, my room was quiet. Stacey at front desk was welcoming and kind and even went out of her way the next morning to carry out fresh coffee herself when I found the urn empty. My room had mini-fridge and was large, clean. Bed was comfy. No coffee or microwave in rooms, but both are available in the lobby 24 hrs. Coffee cups had no lids, so I suggest bringing your own travel mug. Breakfast was the usual carbs - none whole grain. Protein was hard-boiled eggs and yogurt which is dispensed into a cup from a large machine. It seems that hotel was recently renovated, with some things, like the bath tub for example, left in place. Price was comparable to other hotels in the area.

The Hotel is so nice everything is new in the hotel. The staff is Amazing . General manager Martin is very accomidating . Stacy the front office manager Welcomed us as soon as we walked through the doors. That felt amazing being acknowledge when we entered the Lobby. During or stay the housekeepers very nice and made sure if we needed anything even on the days there was no service . Always had fresh towels. The room was spacious and the beds are so comfy i felt like i was sleeping on a cloud. Location was great a lot of stores and restaurant the area . When we checked Carlena was so friendly and even gave us a bag with water for atrip home due to the storm coming our way. This hotel staff is amazing 10 out of 10

The rooms were spacious and clean, and everyone at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The "picnic" area was especially nice in the cold winter, and the coffee was great (and always available!)
