Horrible Experience – We Left Immediately and Lost $1,200
The cleanliness standards of the owners are not the American standards at all!
For them this room was very good as the Ritz Carlton!
I paid $1,200 for two rooms for three nights, but we couldn’t stay even one night because the conditions were unacceptable.
When we arrived, the beds looked like the sheets had never been changed, and the pillows had no pillowcases. There were roaches in the bathroom, bed bugs on the linens, and the floors were filthy. The comforters were old, and clearly not washed in a long time.
The place was so dirty and unsanitary that we decided to leave right away — losing our full payment of $1,200. This was a complete waste of money and an awful experience.
I strongly advise others not to book here at all!
