-breakfast is only coffee, juice, muffins -room smelled a little musty -couch/chair needs replaced -no coffee maker in room -some towels had stains, didn’t feel clean -ice machine broken -have to ask at front desk for towels for pool. This is probably why bath towels are stained, because that’s what they give you for the pool. -pitiful pillows -super friendly staff -swimming pool railings wiggle enough if you’re not careful you can fall easily -they have a hot tub! -not necessarily a bad stay, but I’d likely compare other options if in the area again

The room was fine on arrival but we were there 3 days and it was never cleaned. It was not vacuumed and even the trashcans were never emptied. This is unacceptable. I have never stayed at a hotel where this happened.

Great place to stay. Wonderful location, clean, great service, near Visitor Center, and Peter’s Pancake Restaurant is practically across the road. Near Elk Herds for viewing. Highly recommend.
