RAMADA ASHEVILLE

Very nice room and very clean. Hotel is located behind a shopping center so very private yet only a few minutes from Downtown. Also brought our dog who had ample grassy area to enjoy. No steps involved in getting to our room which was great as my knees are very weak. We will definitely stay here again.

Good location. Decent price. Clean. Room was warm for a long time and hot In hallways. Pool was closed. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure fine. Friendly desk clerk. Place is looking a bit worn on the outside. Bfast was fair.

I know the hotel will reply to this like they have every other comment, saying they appreciate the comment and will do what they can……..it’s pathetic. Where to start…..the hallway smelt like a decaying corpse. The air con didn’t work properly. The hotel is rundown. The two Uber drivers I got both told me they not only thought it was shut but it was only used for housing the homeless and was meant to be demolished and rebuilt…..but yet you are still allowing people to waste their money on this building. Breakfast…….The milk was off, orange juice and water pipes at breakfast were giving you free floaters, sausages are charcoal piece had been back and forward like a yo-yo from microwave to breakfast. Bagels were mouldy. Bananas were the only edible thing. The hotel pool has been shut for months, if not years snd they know fine well photos are online and acting like it’s open but they blame booking.com. It was filthy. Might have been one other couple there when we were there but not from the area so didn’t know I was booking a pathetic attempt at a hotel. Do not stay here!
