Comfort Inn and Suites Garner

My husband arrived well after check-in time and no one was at the front desk. He waited 10 minutes before calling out, to see if anyone was there. After that he was treated as a huge inconvenience. The carpet in room 103 was stained throughout the room. There was a hair (not mine!) on my towels in the bathroom.

Staff was AMAZING!!! Matos always greeted us with a smile! He went out of his way to welcome us and make sure we had everything needed to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant! Jackaule, Angela and Faith were so friendly and when we asked for something they were genuinely happy to help us! It’s been a long time since we experienced such professionalism and kindness from the entire staff of an establishment

Never had any real big problems with this brand of hotels. But this by far was not a good stay for me. Hair in the bed, on the towels…Not mine of course. The front desk clerk was my only good experience. Hence, the reason for the rating. Hope others get a better room than I did.
