By far the best hotel we have had since the beginning of our adventure Very clean Good furniture in good condition Friendly and welcoming staff I recommend it

The staff was nice, breakfast area and breakfast was good but the most important part, the room was disgusting and old. We stayed in room 104 which was considered an upgrade. It may be as far as space but the buck stops there with ripped worn carpets, nasty old sofa, rancid smell, pet hair, filthy window shades, and gross bathroom shower. Everything about this room needs sanitizing and upgrading. The hallway carpets are old and dirty and the main entrance was as well. Also, our sofa bed had no bedding which we asked for and received. The hotel was full from the airshow and so was every other hotel in the area otherwise we would have moved. Needless to say we had a terrible night. As a lifetime Diamond and top tier status with other brands, this room may have been one of the worst I've ever stayed in. Certainly not up to Hilton standards and probably not up to econolodge standards.

Recently I tried a day before because I can check in via the web. I always get picked for a room that's tight on the ground floor if I leave it to them, so at least I've seen it on the fourth floor and it seems that a good room costs extra money. I always felt that it didn't matter if it was diamond or gold.
