Days Inn - Raleigh Downtown

Roach infested and disgusting! Horrible customer service witha “sucks for you” attitude. Roaches small and large throughout. Also the nonsmoking rooms smell like you are in a room with 100 chain smokers. Repulsive experience. Do not book this location.

My room was pretty bad. Very strong cigarette and weed smell, bed was unmade, bathroom door had a hole from where it was kicked in, standing water in the sink, stains and cigarette burns on the bedding and floor, large stain on the floor in front of the bathroom, mold in the shower. The heat and TV worked well. The front desk clerk was nice.

Waited an Hour to check in because the receptionist decided to leave early. Room was in horrible state. Mold everywhere in bathroom, other peoples garbage left in room, towel rack torn off wall, hairs on "clean" towels. Someone walked in on me changing in the morning without knocking. Disgusting place.
