Hampton Inn Raleigh-Crabtree Valley

We booked the room a day early because we were arriving at 530 am they canceled my reservation because I didn’t check in by 3am which thankfully she was able to rebook for us because I prepaid. Our room was not very clean, the floors looked like they needed to be swept and mopped. The sheets had some stains etc. we tried calling the front desk but couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get them changed. Once housekeeping came that night the room looked much cleaner but the drain was stained and overall the room just looked old and not very clean for the price of the room there are more hotels in the area that seem a little higher quality.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, good location (walking distance from shopping areas, multiple restaurants and ice cream shop). Definitely an option when in the Crabtree area for a night or extended stay. Complimentary Wednesday night buffet each week - delish 😋.

I am writing a friendly review of my continues great experience at the Best Western Plus at 6209 Glenwood Ave in Raleigh North Carolina. I continue to enjoy a quiet and clean room. I enjoy the different amenities that the hotel offers like complimentary food and prizes. I always enjoy the staff and Alysson who I periodically deals with when I arrive who always has a warm personality and very professional demeanor. I definitely recommend this hotel when your staying in the Raleigh area. Keep up the good job.
