La Quinta Inn & Suites Raleigh - Durham Airport

I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Durham Airport for a Park & Stay package before a flight. The hotel itself is older and hasn't been updated much, but it was clean and generally well maintained. The breakfast, however, was below average with limited options and not very appealing. The biggest disappointment was the Park & Stay service. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the included airport shuttle. Unfortunately, I was told the shuttle was having "problems" and was unavailable to take me to the airport. When I returned and called for pickup, I was given the exact same explanation and had to find my own transportation back to the hotel. I paid for a service that was never provided. I also had issues with billing. I specifically asked multiple times for the hotel to charge the credit card I used to book the reservation, not the separate card I provided for incidental damages. Despite being assured the correct card would be used, they charged the wrong one anyway. While the hotel was clean, the lack of the advertised shuttle service and the billing mistakes made for a very frustrating experience. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone relying on the Park & Stay package.

It was the perfect couple of days at the hotel. Tatianna at the front desk is a very cheerful & knowledgeable person. She helped us with our reservation & made our stay over the top great! She is definitely a credit to the brand.

Bad Experience. Ended up with bedbugs bites after one night stay. Dirty towel in room and hair in the shower. Would not recommend this hotel.
