Quality Inn

In middle of the night we heard scratching sounds in the wall which we attributed to a rodent. Agent at front desk said if we moved to an adjacent room we'd probably still hear it in the wall. They agreed to move us to a room farther away. After we moved to the new room we found that room had a non operating heater. At that point we asked for a refund which was denied due to a company policy ( we were told) that says any stays longer than 30 minutes are non refundable. This is ridiculous and in my opinion money grab by management. Do not consider staying at this property please .

Upon going into the room it had the most foul odors!! It was dusty and the mirrors had not been washed, there was blood on the mirror closet¡ I checked the beds for bugs, we were afraid to take our shoes off the carpets hadn't been vacuumed! I told the front desk woman in the morning and she made notes that was it!! Breakfast wasn't much which Ok fine some is limited in certain places! The bathroom had a smell to! The room was not clean there were cob webs jn the corners of the walls!! It is near places which is great but they really should attempt better cleaning!!!! I would not recommend it just based off my own experience!

This is the most run-down motel I have ever stayed in. I stayed in room 214. There were too good things about the room- the AC worked great and the freezer kept my ice packs frozen. But there was so much wrong with the room. The popcorn ceiling was cracked, peeling, and missing in several places. The weather striping on the door was missing in sections so I could literally see sunlight through my door. The "security bar" on the door had obviously been ripped out at one point and was not secured firmly back in place (it "wobbled"). There was mold in the bathroom. The king-size bed was lopsided/ saggy on one side. My husband had to sleep on the edge of the mattress or he would have rolled on top of me. Then, there were minor things. Someone repaired a section of the wall in the bathroom and didn't take the time to sand/smooth out the spackle. The bathroom door wouldn't shut completely. We were planning on eating breakfast before leaving but after seeing the condition of the room we didn't trust the the kitchen in which the food is prepared. I will not stay here again!
