Best Western Roanoke Rapids Hotel & Suites

Thank God for the manager Deborah. We were exhausted from the long drive and she got us checked in right away and recommended some nice restaurants in the area. Our room was great and clean and the beds and sheets were so soft. We also enjoyed our complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Roach hotel don’t waste your time. Will not give refund.

We were traveling down I-95 and stopped at this hotel for a one night quick stay. From the outside, this hotel has a nice appearance. Our room, however, was absolutely filthy and full of mold. As soon as the door was opened, you could smell the musty moldy smell. The chairs were covered with light "furry" mold just like the bathroom walls. I cant for the life of me figure out why they would allow this. At 66 years old, this was my worst hotel experience bar known.
