Over all the room was rather small and a tiny bit dated but comfy. The parking situation was very mediocre (explain reasons in a moment). Location was good for local items and shops or food. To the issues. Some not anyone's fault as well. Parking deck had legal issue (police and crime scene). We weren't able to retrieve or get our car. Check out was extended to 1pm but little contact or remedy was made for further help to give us somewhere to get out of the room. We had arm loads of bags from 2 people for 3 days. I know its no one's fault but the rather well sorry not sorry attitude wasnt very appealing. Long story short. Mostly nice rental but at your own risk of issues and some inconveniences. Just saying general grievance with the approach to helping us get the car and the parking pass back. Mind you its a block or so away from the building.

We found bed bug stains on our mattress protector as we were checking out. My sons bottom has bites all over it! The manager refused to refund or compensation. The floors were extremely dirty upon arrival, so much so that I had to vacuum right away.

Be wary of charges and deposits held. This is a shady operatign company that takes payments by pay pal, does not provide notice of where deposit is held, pesters you about our check in times and check out times with multiple text and emails. It really took some fun out of our vacation with all the texting back and forth. When we arrived the door was wide open. No apology it was "maintenance just left" well the doors open to a common outdoor hallway. I would not let my wife walk in until I had checked every place someone could hide. Just unpleasant experience. There are other places in the same area that are better choices. Stay at your own peril. They have had my deposit for over a month. After bugging us all weekend I reached out to find out where my deposit money was and they quoted their own contract incorrectly. Bookerville, the management company, said " 5-10 business days AFTER check out!" but their own contract says "Deposits are returned to guest within 5-7 business days after check-out" So they don't even know their own terms...that's scary or intentional. Either way I will never stay here again and I am off to 7 more sites to leave this same review.
