This was a nice hotel. Did have an issue with the a/c keeping up with the heat, but it got better. This is a very large hotel if you have kids ask for a room by the pool or if you need laundry facilities ask to be by the laundry room. The ice machine in the area where I stayed stopped working, so I had to walk across the hotel for ice. They do not do daily housekeeping so you need to let the front desk if you want that. There are not coffee pots in the room, you will need to request that. The breakfast is limited for such a large area, I would have liked to see more breakfast items. We did eat in the lounge the first night, but that is also a limited menu. Do not recommend taking children in there to eat.

The hotel is old and run down. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious, but it was smelly! The carpet was worn and torn. The couch cushions had mystery stains all over them. The bathroom had broken tiles, the tub was gross. Definitely bring flip flops to use in your room as you may bring a fungus home with you. The pool is old, stagnant and apparently dirty. My kid ended up with a raging ear infection after I mistakenly let them swim in it. Breakfast is not worth walking down to, go elsewhere for something of sustenance. Read reviews and take your money elsewhere if you value clean, modern facilities.

STAY AWAY!
We checked in and immediately discovered that the outlets near the beds didn't work. The room itself felt old, dingy, and poorly maintained. As I walked back to the front desk, I noticed bunched-up carpeting and signs of neglect throughout the hotel.
I asked for a refund, but the front desk agent instead offered to move us to a suite at a 40% discount. I told her I wanted to see the suite before deciding whether to stay.
When I walked to the other side of the hotel to check it out, I found that the elevator wasn't working. At that point, I started to feel unsafe. We decided to leave.
I again requested a refund, but the front desk agent said she didn't have the authority to issue one. In all I waited about 45 minutes for the manager, who was supposedly too busy to come speak with me. The clerk had no authority to do anything. I was told the manager would call me later that evening, but I never received a call.
To make matters worse, despite us not staying at the hotel, they still charged me the full price. Poor maintenance, broken amenities, unresponsive management, and terrible customer service made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.
