We stayed one night and found the room to be very large and clean. We were in a room with two beds and no balcony. The view from the windows was of open space and fields, very peaceful. The common spaces were clean and the breakfast was plentiful. Everyone we met at the front desk from check in to check out was friendly and helpful. In the morning, we had a dead car battery on our hybrid vehicle. The hotel manager was patient and helped us try different options solving the jump and, together, we got the vehicle running. We were extremely thankful to have been in a hotel with such caring and helful staff. We would definitely return.

We had a great stay. The front desk folks are so helpful and super friendly. We loved the patio area. So peaceful to sit and enjoy the evening around the fire,

The property is great! The staff not so much. The front desk staff was impatient with my 84 year old mother's questions when we arrived, and she was paying for the room. The room they gave us had a view of the roof, and we promptly asked for a room change with a balcony. We were only there long enough to drop off our luggage and view the room. The staff said a room change was impossible because the room was dirty because we had been in it. My mother was very offended. Rules apply. "Quiet Time" begins at 9pm and the patio closes at 11pm. As a grown adult, I'm not sure how I feel about that. It's not a place for kids. Other than the pool and a single corn hole game far away from the building, there's nothing for kids to do. In 3 days, I saw front desk staff, who stress over special requests, room changes and questions, 2 kitchen employees and a solitary housekeeper. I saw no other employees anywhere. Again, the property is great, but it's being underutilized, especially for kids. Even though they advertise being a family hotel, they're really showing they don't want kids there, and I didn't see many kids of any age any at all in a full hotel. I was disappointed, and based on the customer service alone, I probably won't go back.
