EMBASSY SUITES CINCINNATI - NO

I had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Blue Ash! I was a bit nervous going into it because of some of the reviews I read, but everything was great. My rooms was fully remodeled - looked modern, bed was comfortable, shower had glass doors (shower curtains creep me out....) and it was very clean. I always love Embassy Suites breakfast (especially the made-to-order omelets) - the breakfast service team were really kind. 10/10 for me - I would stay here again!

As of June 2026, I noticed some guests have simultaneously expected excellent facilities while making it as unpleasant as possible for this hotel staff to deliver on all the updates and room upgrades that are a vital part of getting to a common end goal. I truly appreciate a hotel that invests significantly into making the property as beautiful and pleasant as possible for its guests. The upgrades to the room I stayed in were beautiful. I look forward to the pool renovation and am counting down to a return visit to check it out again upon completion. My first stay at this property was over 20 years ago, and you have been and remain an excellent hotel option that I recommend whenever possible. Keep up the great work, Embassy Suites Blue Ash! We stayed here for three nights. The ongoing remodel has made it leaps nicer than it was last year. The rooms are very nice now and modern looking. HVAC works well. I hope it is maintained to this quality. I didn't think the ongoing construction noise was bad like I had read in other reviews. Breakfast was more than adequate with a great selection of hot food and drinks. My only complaint is that they made the bathroom door a sliding barn door which still has gaps and limits privacy. Nice hotel in a nice area. We have stayed here twice and will return. It seems to be a well-run property. Can't wait to see the final product.
