Location is nice and quiet..nice breakfast in the morning also enjoyed a quiet time at the pool. Our only issue was a large bug crawling out of my cousins drain in her tub and when we arrived there was someone else's trash left on bathroom sink as well as a napkin wrapped around the light bulb under living room lamp. My husband did have to sanitize and clean off kitchen counters so I only suggest your cleaning staff does a better job when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing spaces.

My family and parents arrived to check in around 1230 AM, the older gentleman that was working the front desk was in the back eating. That is fine, but he comes around the corner like we interrupted him and just looked at us. We greeted him, he said "hi". We explain that we are there for two separate check-ins. We have the same last name he hands us both our paperwork together. I hand my dad his with his name on it and I take mine with my name on it. I finish first and he wants the other, I said but I am paying for mine separate, again say my room details and my name. He says ok, tells me to insert my card for my card on file. I do and then my dad does the same. He then tells us about the pending total, and we realized he swapped the cards on the rooms. We tell him what happened and he says, "There is nothing I can do to fix it". That is all he would repeat. The next day a young gentleman with long brown hair at the front desk was able to fix our cards in less than 20 mins, he was very kind and unsure why the older man couldn't help us the night before. Now our room, it was not cleaned well. We had dirt and hair in our tubs, trash under our beds and mind you there is a wood wall, it cannot go deep under the bed, trash behind our nightstands. Our bathroom was left with an almost empty roll of toilet paper and then I went to wash a plate.... the Scrub Mommy was used!! It was no longer in the packaging and had orange stains on it. I was very disappointed in our stay since our stay at Sonesta in Nashville was so great. They do not all keep the same standards!! One great thing was that it was close to Kings Island.

The location was great, atmosphere was cozy, room was superb, value was just right, very clean and quiet, service was pleasant, and wonderful amenities I will stay there next time!
