Best Western Plus Franklin Park Suites - Polaris

We stayed here for one night. Check in was quick and easy however the girl behind the desk could have been a little more friendly. I had to ask her for water and also about breakfast in the morning. We had a suite for the night and it was very clean as was the whole hotel. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good, they had a taco breakfast bar. If in the area I would stay here again.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and had all needed amenities. I felt very safe and welcome. It was very quiet as well. The ONLY negative thing is the bed hurt my back, I have spine problems however I am aware that not every mattress will accommodate my back issues. Definitely recommend!

They are very kind and helpful i plan to go tomorrow there location is good and from the phone call it isn’t loud and the atmosphere is nice and the rooms seems good with nice price with nice service and probably good amenities
