HILTON GARDEN INN DAYTON SOUTH

NEVER RECOMMENDED!!! Dirty rooms. No housekeeping available. Rude employees. Charge for bottled water upon check in. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER WILL BE BACK!!

My stay was good, bed was comfortable and the room was clean enough. I’m picky and would prefer things to be as clean as possible, and there were areas of the room with built up dust and overlooked finger prints and streaks. The room is also dated and needs updated. The faux leather of the ottoman is peeling off in multiple places, it should not even be in the room in the condition that it is in, the doors and walls are scuffed, the hard floors are chipped, the baseboards are beat up, the sheets don’t fit the bed, the duvet cover was worn, and the hot water at the sink is non existent. For a Hilton this was kind of a disappointment.

What a great hotel! The hotel is very clean, well presented and the staff are very friendly. Basic amenities but everything you need plus free water and snacks in your room. The gym is small but has a peleton bike and a treadmill plus free weights. Conveniently located next to a large supermarket and other shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again,
