When we got there and started to unpack she moved the mattress so we could use the plug behind the bed and the whole headboard fell and wouldn't go back on so we got to lay down and their cigarette Burns all over the sheets the top sheet and blanket and the comforter birnholz both bags it was horrible Burns all over the bathroom sink like the sink itself and then the counter so Burns everywhere same saying in the bathroom when you sit on the toilet at tilts to the right oh there was no lock on the door it had been busted off the top and 1980s TV the supposed to be cleaning hand towel on the bathroom counter looks like it had blood or something on it and it was disgusting it was not a pleasant stay the only thing good about that room was the pressure in the shower was really good

Had a reservation and arrived at the front desk but no worker was there. After waiting quite a long time, repeatedly ringing the bell and even calling their phone number (which went to a disconnect notice), I called Priceline to let them know I was unable to check in after waiting a long period of time for someone to show up. During my cal, Marcia finally showed up at the desk. She had been out by the pool the whole time and had no idea I was waiting. I was telling Priceline that no one was there to check me in, and Marcia heard this and started talking over me while I was on the phone, saying rude things like "I was only outside a few minutes" and never even saying sorry for the incovenience. Instead, she told me she couldn't find my reservation, and started trash-talking me to other people who were waiting to check in, I suppose out of embarrassment in being caught not doing her very simple job. Priceline called her and agreed with my assessment of the situation, and agreed to cancel my reservation. Aside from my bad experience with Marcia, the place was dirty, rundown, and looked like a total dump.

Room had a coffee maker but no complimentary coffee. I found a nice sized dead roach in the nightstand drawer. There was a big hole in the wall. The sheet had a huge blood stain. The room had an old big TV no flat screen. There were people sitting in a van in front of our room. This is a nice size property with a lot of rooms 90% of them were vacant parking lot was empty. But at about 10 o'clock p.m. they put a bunch people in the room next door to us they were loud coughing a lot I imagine because they were smoking marijuana. It was a big party . I've stayed in worse. I would recommend this hotel to someone that doesn't want to pay a lot you get what you pay for
