HAMPTON INN - SUITES CLEVELAND

Old, badly in need of renovation. Stained carpets, dented, furniture, etc. Very old and uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. Worst part…. paper thin walls onto the hallway. Doors slamming all night, heard people in the hallway nonstop through the stay. Small rooms. Indifferent staff. Overall, not up to the Hampton standard. Seriously in need of renovation. If you’re a Hilton fan, or a Hampton fan as I am, try the Hampton in Independence.

Stayed here during a volleyball tournament at the IX center. The drive was super easy and there were a lot of nice places to eat within walking distance. Check in was easy and the breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus.

Terrible customer service! I have stayed at several of the Hilton hotels due to my travels. The General Manager, Cassandra is very rude, unprofessional and is clueless about how to handle a customer complaint. I DO NOT recommend this hotel and will never stay here again! Very inconsistent treatment of customers compared to the other Hilton hotels. Their breakfast bar does not compare to the other hotels? I filed a complaint and will see how upper management resolves my complaint.
