Falls Inn. (Newton Falls) The owners are rude, abusive, obstructive. Physically snatched card from my hand & and cursed at me when my card didn’t work on the door. Insistent on checking the room while staying there, and they charged me 150% of the rate they gave me in advance and at check in. Accused us of smoking, (before they even entered the room!), but we don’t smoke. The toilet took literal minutes to flush, has no lid. Tub was cracked. Stained comforters. No coffee. No breakfast. Horrible. I asked him not to curse and he was scaring me & he said so what it’s private property, you can leave. Stay anywhere else!

-I felt watched the only two cameras I seen pointed directly at my room! - I worked nights they entered my room while I was gone and did no cleaning. - I slept under the blanket with layers of clothes on! - I do HVAC, I Know for a fact that they controlled the power to my heat and shut it off at night when I returned from work it was too cold for a shower and too cold sleep in underwear. -I noticed the hotel down the road was full and this one empty. I know now why? - I added photos of the only pointed to the room they gave me.

This was a very basic room in a standard, aging strip motel. Good things: 1. Quick check-in. 2. Very quiet, even with a highway-facing room (the highway isn’t busy and the rooms are set back). Also, there was no one in our wing of the Inn. 3. Very clean room. What could have been better: 1. The temperature dropped from 84 at 6 pm to 54 by 6 am. We had the heater at the rear of the room set at 72. It kept the back part of the room warm, but the front part of the room and the bathroom (also in front) became uncomfortably cool, even when the heater was raised to 74. 2. There was no breakfast available, even though one was advertised. 3. Two bathroom lightbulbs were missing, the the the surviving third bulb provided plenty of light. It just looked odd. 4. The soap that was provided was flimsy and of a poor quality.
