This property was clean, the room was great, the beds were comfy, love those pillows!, & it's location made it easy to see & do everything we wanted to in Akron & Cleveland! We were very satisfied with our stay & ended up staying 2 nights because it had everything we wanted!

Currently managed, I believe, by Indians. Rooms with dirty carpeting and unpleasant odors everywhere; instead of cleaning, they keep using spray deodorizers. After 4 days of being here, they have never cleaned my room despite my requests. I believe there is nothing else to add; it could not be worse.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn for about a week, and I can genuinely say that my experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the beginning, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. There was a very family-oriented atmosphere, and by the end of my stay, I honestly felt more like family than just another guest. I'm used to sometimes feeling outcasted or judged, but I never felt that way here. I felt welcomed, accepted, and completely comfortable being myself, and that meant a lot to me. The service was exceptional. Everyone was polite, friendly, and approachable, and I never felt uncomfortable asking for something I needed. Any special requests or accommodations I had were handled without making me feel like I was being an inconvenience. The breakfast was phenomenal, everything was clean and well maintained, and my room was comfortable and cozy. You can tell that the people working here actually care about the experience their guests have. It's rare for me to give somewhere a true 10/10, but they earned it. The combination of excellent service, comfort, hospitality, and the way I was treated made this stay stand out. The next time I'm in town and need a place to stay, I already know where I'm going. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone looking for a place where they'll be treated with genuine kindness and hospitality. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay such a positive one.
