AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN

My husband I booked a room for one night stay in Concord, North Carolina at Cabarrus Inn! Those 5 and 4 star reviews got be family members or paid for. We booked on Hopper and was impressed by the pictures. Arrived and upon driving up, I knew it was about to be bad! Upon entrance you can tell surface cleaning was done but the nasty stained filled chair caught my eye and then the badly covered holes, the t.v did not work, the bathroom had a big hole behind the door, dingy dry towels and wash cloths, holes in comforter! We are stuck with it now but I will never recommend this place and hopper need to take this hotel off the site! YUCK!

At first I was nervous but I picked this hotel based off of reviews and price. The reviews were correct. It’s clean and quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and kind. Place looks sketchy as you pull in but it’s great for an overnight or two. Priced just right. No bugs

Was extremely impressed. Too many people expect a 5 star hotel stay that they should expect from a large hotel chain. Cabarrus Inn is a small Hotel with a big heart. Our room was clean, well taken care of and comfortable. The management was meticulous, pleasant and accommodating. Although they don't serve a continental breakfast (we didn't expect one anyway), there were sacks with breakfast snacks in the office area. If you knew the hotels past (found out from my son-in-law) you too would be impressed. Years ago, even drug dealers were afraid to visit. Bravo to the owners and employees. I would highly recommend Cabarrus Inn for a welcoming stay.
