Janet was busy putting away life jackets when I made a remark it looked like a job for tall people. We chatted for a couple minutes while she finished up her work. It’s lovely to see people genuinely enjoying their jobs and taking the time to chat with guests about their day. I had received some terrible news the morning we left to come here, so her kindness was much needed to help me enjoy my time.

Cassidy was absolutely incredible! Her service was amazing, fast and super personable. She gave us coffee cups to go, and made our whole day!

We absolutely love great wolf Lodge! My son is autistic just turned 8, we spent his 7th birthday at the lodge also. My daughter is 5.5 and loves it as well. All the staff are friendly and so helpful. The kids love trick or treating this time of the year! The games, crafts and dance parties are always fun. We had the kids cabin room, everything was mostly nice. The water takes a little to heat up but will get hot. And the blankets are thin, next year we will bring our own (this year we brought our coffee pot from home)
