This run down terrible hotel is the worst experience I’ve had in years. The elevator smelled like something died. The carpet in the room was coming up. The bathroom light was burnt out. Then they said breakfast was included, but at 8:00 am the food chafing dishes were empty. Absolutely avoid this horrible property……

Pros - Nice location and fairly clean. Cons - The hotel parking lot has a broken gate and anybody in town can park there. The patrons of the bar next door were hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed and screaming at 3 am right outside my room The hotel was basically empty, not sure why they had to put me in a room that overlooks the parking lot. The breakfast was subpar. the young lady that checked us in was pleasant.

Where to start. The hotel was easy to find and a short walk to Robins Theater where we attended a concert. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. HOWEVER...the elevator was broken. We were on the third floor and my friend who has heart disease had a time of it schepping her bag up three flights of stairs. The door handle to the room was wonky and you had to try it several times to get the door to open. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall and the bathtub drain was extremely slow. Then we went to the free breakfast. Mini omelets, sausage patties...stone cold. We checked one of the warmer trays they were in and it was unplugged. Ended up having a Danish, a muffin, a cup of yogurt and coffee. Coffee was good, though. When we checked out we told the desk person about all these issues and he just said, "OK". Honestly, the only reasons I gave this place a 3 of 5 stars is the closeness to the venue and the comfy bed. I otherwise would have given it a 2.
