Fairfield Inn Zanesville

Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced overnight stay just off the highway. Amy was at the front desk and went above to get me a great room, great price, and properly crediting my Choice account. This will be my midway stop on a semi-regular trip.

Very low budget, not kept up. I didn't even shower because the shower was disgusting! Dirty, dirty, dirty. I couldn't wait to leave. Would've tried to find a different place but had been on the road 11hours and just wanted to sleep. Would NOT recommend.

This is a modest hotel but comfortable. I want to give a big compliment to Angie the manager. I left my watch and I called several days later. The housekeeper found it and turned it in. We arrived on our way home to VA to pick it up. Angie was out, the front desk called her, and she rushed back to unlock her office and retrieve my watch. Over and above. Thank you all for your honesty and taking your time to come back so we could continue on our trip home.
