Madill Inn

I will start off by saying the only thing pleasant about the experience was the friendly customer service given by the woman there. The place is in extremely poor condition. The rooms smelled like mold and the fire alarm did not work, I have a picture attached of myself testing it. The ceiling had water damage and is falling down. The housekeeping was offered at 8 in the morning. It was too early for us so we denied it since we had only been in the room for one night. That following night we had went to the front desk to request towels and the gentleman seemed to not understand our request and went to the lobby and removed a towel from an odd place that only had one towel. We had asked for three towels and only received one as he couldn’t understand what we were asking. When we arrived to the room we looked at the towel and it was dirty. Pictures are attached of the towel. The filter on the air conditioner unit was dirty and I had to clean it because it was getting hot in the room. The bed did not have a fitted sheet and the sheet that was on it had a brown stain. The price was too high for the quality of the room and service you receive. Please keep driving and do not go to this place.
