Hawthorn Suites

This place needs work. They try to be nice. But need to learn more English. Maybe because they are suppose to remodel it. I stayed at the place before and was much happier then thistime.

The unit was very old and not kept up. The wall paper was peeling off in the bathroom. I did not feel like my car was safe in the parking lot. Pool was closed for repair.

Worst hotel experience ever! Not only did they charge a $30 deposit for a room that wasn't ready when I got there; the pool was not available and pictures online looked nothing like the hotel. My room was to be non smoking but smelled horrible of smoke! The floor had spots where you could feel it was caving in. Wifi was not good. Breakfast was awful. Toaster was broke and a bug crawled inside of it when I was trying to use it. Won't be back and won't recommend!
