La Quinta Inn & Suites Oklahome City NW Expressway

The location was very easy accessible. The room was spacious and clean upon arrival. We were there for 6 night with no cleaning service. We had requested the one day and the gal said don’t think I will have time. Front desk staff were hit and miss. The lady upon check out had zero cares about us receiving no service in our room.

I would not recommend. Inattentive staff, awful bed, crackheads in and around the property, lousy cleaning if any.

Several things were wrong and went wrong Mr. Chauncey. The primary is we were gone from our room a full day and the staff removed our belongings and reassigned us to a different room. We were not notified, the staff touched our personal belongings. Our key worked on our original room and we went in to find other people’s belongings. The front desk staff has no idea what happened or why. They had to call several people to help locate our belongings; while trying to find out why this happened. Mgr Mr. Chauncey was not and is not concerned with the fact that several members of his staff made numerous errors that affected our stay. Mr. Chauncey is not providing any compensation due to this being a “blackout” weekend. We are not responsible for the many things that took place since we checked in for a two night stay. Mr. Chauncey does not take ownership of his property or his staff. Mr. Chauncey refuses to speak to us. Series of events from check in - 1. Assigned a room that had occupants. 2. Received new room, told there were no towels due to the washing machine being down. 3. We purchase towels and washcloths. 4. There is not a toilet paper holder in the bathroom, just a roll on the vanity. Again, Mr. Chauncey is hiding from responsibilities to ensure the guests who made a selective choice to stay in this hotel is treated with respect. Mr. Chauncey/Wyndham owes us some sort of compensation for the amount of inconvenience we have received since checking into this hotel.
