RESIDENCE INN OKLAHOMA CITY WEST

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. Our room was infested with fleas—we were in there for only five minutes before being covered in bites. This is a serious health and safety issue. We refused the offered “alternative” room and left immediately. The way the hotel handled this was equally appalling. They offered no meaningful compensation, not even Marriott points, and their communication was terrible. The manager failed to return calls despite multiple attempts, showing a complete lack of responsibility or concern for guests. This experience was unsafe, disgusting, and entirely mishandled. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.

The front desk agent was newer, but VERY efficient and professional. There was another member of the team assisting (Manager) and she was the ultimate hospitality guru. The service was EXcellent, the room clean and it will by my hotel of choice when in the area again.

I thank God for this property. It was a total of 3 traveling and Ms. Sy made me feel important and ask did I want an upgrade. I thank God for being Titanium but when Marriott employees acknowledge that it makes me feel like I'm on top of the world! Thank you again Sy for being polite and attentive. She told me some good restaurants in the area and etc I will be back most definitely
