I reserved 3 rooms there. In fairness, I did not report all of this to the hotel itself but might do so through their contact form as I did not get an invitation to survey them. First, it is an older hotel. It might be ok as a one-night stay but I stayed 6 nights and would not do it again. Some things I could fix on my own - the refrigerator door did not open all the way because it stopped at the floor (was not higher than the floor). I was able to fix that by putting something under the refrigerator leg which then helped the door to open more. The bathroom door did the same and I could see where it had been shaved at the bottom but the floor was tile so there was really nothing I could do myself except to squeeze in. The tubs in at least 2 of the rooms allowed the water from the shower to pool in the center. It also was not well cleaned - I rubbed over some spots that looked like stains but was able to rub them away with only water. When I turned the TV on, it gave me a No Signal message and showed TWC channel. Nothing on the remote worked except the menu button. Once I pressed that, then I was able to get to the guide and it worked normally - for the first 4 of 6 nights. On the 5th day nothing on the remote worked against that NO Signal message. I called the front desk - usually in other hotels (I travel a lot) if they are busy, the first words out of their mouths are can I put you on hold or can I call you back in 10 minutes. I don't mind this. I don't know what they are doing when I call. However, this one did not. So I presented my problem over the phone, she gave me a few things to troubleshoot which did not work and then went silent. I said something like is there anything else? She said not now I'm checking in customers and hung up on me. Thought that was rude. And mainly the reason that I did not share much with the front desk when I left. The worst thing was that there was a spider on the ceiling above my shower (thank God I looked up for some reason). I expected it to be a house spider or something. I have an app on my phone that id's birds, plants, insects, etc (SEEK). I used it and boom - its a recluse. It did start crawling down toward where I had turned on the water and I was able to reach it with my shoe and got it. I will probably use the contact form to let them know about this. Still - my room was the only one that had that issue out of the 3 that we reserved. Breakfast was the same each morning with no alternatives like vegan option or other protein option for non red-meat eating folks like me (some chains do go for turkey sausage but never offered here). On the positive side I knew of no delays in breakfast like some do on Saturday so that was helpful. Longer stays should plan an occasional breakfast elsewhere.

We had an enjoyable stay at this establishment. The room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable.Got a great night’s sleep once the people in the room above us stopped stomping around (about 1:00 a.m.). The hotel is close to grocery stores, convenience stores, and to Lake Ponca Park, where we saw a wonderful free fireworks display on Independence Day. Our room was clean, and odor free. We had only two bath towels provided. Most women need a bath towel to dry on, and one to wrap their hair in, so why hotels continue with this two towel policy is beyond me. Seems pretty stingy. Also, this hotel, like many others, has curtains that will not completely close, so I’m awakened at dawn when a streak of light hits my face. Breakfast was a bit less than usual for hotels at like facilities. I missed the toppings usually provided for yogurt or oatmeal. There were not a lot of choices of breakfast pastries either. The breakfast area was clean, and the attendant kept it stocked up. The staff was friendly.

We arrived a little late, traveled all day with 2 little boys and a baby. We were all tired but the woman at the front desk was rude and told us the kids had to be quiet. It's not like we didn't know they were excited and how do you quiet an over tired 1 yr old? We did our best to get everyone bathed and quietly watching a movie. In the morning I took the kids down to breakfast and when we were going back up to the room to pack up and leave again one of the staff said " they need to be quieter there are other people here. " I said i know we're leaving. The room was clean enough but the desk chair was pealing and should have been replaced 2 yrs ago and the towels were very rough. Would never stay there again. The only good one was the overnight front desk man. Pleasant and helpful.
